In case you already accepted our offer but you have questions regarding the following issues, please contact your supplier by telephone or visit your my-space with the supplier you have an issue with.

After accepting you as a new client all suppliers send you an invite of a my-space where you can find or arrange things like:

•         Order status / Track&Trace
•         Plan or alter a visitation date of a mechanic
•         Delivery status of your (pending) order
•         Invoices and or payment
•         Change your details or bank account
•         Change you address (in case of moving)
•         Switch to a different product
•         Change your current contract in a different name
•         Cancellation
