Nothing heard from the supplier

You will receive info from the supplier within 14 days. If you have not heard anything it is wise to contact your supplier.

All contracts have been accepted but have not heard anything about water?
NB: First of all, check whether you have passed on your water meter reading at all. Without a meter reading we cannot connect you. If you have done so, contact your water supplier.

Don't know who your water supplier is? Check here who is responsible for delivering water in your region. Choice is not possible, there is only one supplier per region.

TV connection has not been delivered

You accepted the contract from our proposal, but your 'My Area' it says the contract needs attention. Click on the message to read what part of the contract needs your attention exactly.
In most cases your IBAN is incorrect or missing.

Internet not delivered

Contact your internet provider directly. Click here.

Write-off date

Is your account number known? And have you approved the contract? Then the basic rule is that the amount will be debited the following month or the month after that.
